About Our Committees

A consistory committee is a group of church members, chaired by an Elder or Deacon, formed to consider and implement specific responsibilities pertaining to the welfare and/or support of the Church.  The Pastor is a member of all committees.

Committees are open to all. If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact the chairperson.

Missions and Outreach Committee

Chair: Austin Rynne

The Missions and Outreach Committee oversees the selection and administration of the Mission of the Month program.

 Worship Committee

Chair: Deborah Clinton

The Worship Committee oversees worship services and related activities.  The committee also assists the minister and Director of Music.

Membership Committee

Chair: Shelley Bliden

The Membership Committee oversees the support of prospective members and invites them to membership; arranges Membership Sundays; assists new members assimilate into the congregation; oversee and assist with membership records.

  

Christian Education Committee

Chair: Jay Rhinehart

The Christian Education committee oversees the Christian education programs including church school, acolyte club and confirmation class.

Finance Committee

Chair: Rick Greener

The Finance committee oversees the budget, the church treasurer’s administration of the yearly budget, other non-budget accounts, and church endowment funds.

Fellowship Committee

Chair: Sr Deacon Cheryl Finnegan

The Felllowship Committee oversees the support of the spiritual and social well being of the congregation through fellowship events and laycare activities.

Property Committee

Chair: Jeff Bixler

The Property Committee oversees the church buildings and grounds.
